I was wondering if there is any best method to finding a "farm area" in an area far from your residence(ex. in another state?)

@Bobby R. Thank you

and unless John Rambo needs those bushes for cover, I'd trim them up :)

paint on the awning to make it blend with house and then like other suggestions, add a relaxed color to out line the house, windows, doors and skirt area of the awning to tie it all in.

Indoor I have cleaned area(if non structural) applied either wood filler or mud with plaster to harden, sand to flush, then prime and paint.

Same thing for exterior non structural areas of smaller size.

Larger areas I wouldn't  recommend using this method

If structural, I would have to know exactly where and how wide of and amount of damage in question.

I am reading it now and so far I can literally see the doors and windows in my mind opening up.

Thank you

Hi BP community,

  I am an aspiring real estate investor in the Hampton area and was wondering if there was a forum or group in my area I could possibly associate myself with. Although I am new to real estate investments, I have been in the construction and home renovation sector for 20yrs as a labor hand and contractor.

If there is no group establish in this area is there anyone that can provide a little knowledge and insight on how I can put one in place.

 Thank you all in advance

Bryan Patterson

Hi Investor community, My name is Bryan. I have recently made the firm decision to pursue real estate investing which has lead me here. As of current I am new business owner/employee for my company Aribre specializing in home improvement and repair with hopes to evolving my company into a real estate property rentals/and renovation and sell company. I currently work for the city of Chesapeake and have been in the construction and repair bus ideas for years. I look forward to networking with and meeting veteran investors and aspiring investors like my self in hopes we can pull hands to achieve our common goals. I hope to be a great and helpful member of this community as well as soak in the wealth of knowledge and experience available. Thank you very much and I look forward to hopefully meeting a few new faces. Bryan Patterson Hampton, Va
