Welcome back to Utah, Tyler. I'm in a similar situation as you with a fairly similar background. I have the resources to get started in the fix-and-flip world, but the knowledge to make some very poor decisions. Education is therefore a primary focus. If there's potential to collaborate or assist each other, feel free to hit me up.

I am a former Marine Corps Officer that transitioned into being a Certified Financial Planner, and I'm bored as heck. I couldn't sit behind a desk staring at a computer for one more day or I would go insane. So I left that world nine months ago, loaded up my truck, and began traveling the country. Salt Lake City, Utah was supposed to just be a two day stop, but here I find myself planting roots. I love it here and I'm ready to get back at it professionally. Raised by a residential Construction Foreman, I've always been drawn to the world of real estate. I think it's dynamic, out-and-about nature is a perfect fit for me. I know that I've got a lot to learn though, so I'm open to opportunities that get that ball rolling (excluding anything remotely resembling MLM). Cheers!
