Carondelet Renovations is a construction company, and more specifically a remodeling company, based in the Carondelet neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. The company specializes in complete gut-rehabs, but performs smaller tasks as well. Some typical jobs are garage and room additions, kitchen and bath remodels, flooring, painting, roofing, siding, and window installations.
Mission Statement
Our purpose is to drastically improve and revitalize the Carondelet neighborhood. We feel that our time and services must remain strictly dedicated to only this area. Our purpose welcomes any and all other contractors willing to raise their standards and compete for the betterment of Carondelet. Through affordability, special financing, and intelligent marketing our high-quality services will be accessible to all real estate improvement projects, allowing us to become the premiere contractor of the Carondelet neighborhood.

I very rarely talk politics it never fulfills a conversation. There are things that government are too heavily involved. This topic happens to be one of those things. I gave what i hinted to what i thought is a logical solution, and actually the only solution that we can even play a part. Anything else is just a bunch of whining. I guess any conversation is multifaceted and sometimes politics is undeniably a factor.

it wasnt completely off topic, but thats fine. I will watch what i say...

@j scott, I understand what youre saying but i disagree bc one guy with the right ideas and with good results, i think, can influence other changes and will be more productive and much easier than converting the ideas of even just 2 people.

There is a very good presidential candidate that would solve this sort of mess, I really hope everyone smartens up before they cast the wrong vote!

Brian youre absolutely right thats all it is is having fun talking smack. Honestly, I dont see too much of a problem in buying what he wants, who knows that may make him work harder and push him to greater things its all dependent on the person. Just in my blood to talk smack about certain college fb teams. There are 2 i despise, one being fla...Texas is not the other ive always respected them and trash talking always in fun.

Youre right this isnt a football forum, but it is as even in real estate cyclical. Ohio got Urban back, and Florida will be of the first SEC teams to crumble. Its already begun, they barely beat a severely wounded Buckeye team in their own backyard. So get all yalls hee haws out, its about over..Is hillbillys an offensive word on BP?

It was a natural event... everything is balancing itself out now, band aids will not speed up the process. it will be over when its over, and highly highly doubt it will be over before then.
