Hi BP Fam!

I focus mostly in Miami FL. I recently got a property under contract in GA.

Being that It's my first deal in the area, I don't currently have a buyers list there. I've been searching the area around the property to find the contacts of Fix & Flippers who are currently in a deal or have recently done one while also speaking with the agents who represented them in the deal for further potential leads.

Do you have any other recommendations as to how I should go about sourcing a strong buyers list relatively quick?

I hope you're having a prosperous year so far.

I recently got into wholesaling and am working on a deal that happens to be with a close friend. He is selling his home and I was offered the opportunity to wholesale the deal. 

I'm looking for strategies on sourcing disposition wholesalers, agents and buyers that fit the criteria.
