Hi Matthew. I saw your message about being a new investor and wanting to network so I figured I should introduce myself since I'm also looking to network with other investors in the Twin Cities.

My name is Bruno, I'm from Lisbon, Portugal and I work for Keller Williams in Roseville as a realtor. I was a stock-market investor for about five years but now I've transitioned into real estate and I'm looking to build a portfolio of investment properties myself. In fact, I'm looking for my first property right now, hopefully a duplex that will provide me with some positive cashflow.

So basically my ideal scenario is to get rich as a real estate investor and help other fellow investors do the same thing. I'm based out of Roseville, but I operate in the Twin Cities metro in general, especially Minneapolis and Saint Paul. I'm trying to build a very strong network of investors in the Twin Cities area since I believe this is key in building my businesses both as an investor and as a realtor who wants to work mostly with other investors.

If you're interested in my help as a realtor or simply want to exchange some ideas and experiences in order to become a better investor, I would be glad to be a part of your investing trajectory in some capacity.
