It's their property, they own it, so they can do with it as they wish. However, without professional representation, FSBO's stigmatize themselves on how they are perceived, which only hurts their own credibility. IMO, they set themselves up for criticism, undue or not.

Pricing needs to adjust @20% less than the current asking prices, back to mid 2004 pricing.

Nothing fills up the time slots on the nightly local (and national) news more than the hurricane awareness segment.

Pleaseeee...

Give it a rest already. I know I can't be the only one tired of being told to prepare for hurricane season. And if I have to see one more clip of a palm tree or stop sign waving erratically in the wind...

There's nothing better than seeing the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico.

People will still keep coming to Florida, no matter how hard the networks feed off of disaster.
