@Michael Facchini Thanks for the respond Michael. Do you have any you would recommend? Thanks.

@Jay Hinrichs @Melvin List Thanks for the respond. It seems very fishy to me. At first asking for origination fees, which most lenders will just deduct from the funds when they disburse to you, but I thought it was only a little, so I tried, and what do I know, he says he needs insurance against the loan. So I thought it's not right at all.

Do you have more info? Asking price? rehab? etc...

Thanks Jay. Yeah, it seems like website is flimsy, done in a rush and his english is not very good.

Has anybody worked with Timothy Holbrook for lending? I'm suspecting it's a scam.

I need some funding for a fix and flip. I use a website Cix.com to get some lenders to contact me. One of them is Seabrook Investment LLC. The lender is Timothy Holbrook. I just want to ask if anybody has been scammed or worked with him? Or if he is legitimate? He asked for origination fees, and then asked for collateral fees. So I'm getting very suspicious. Cix.com says that they vetted all their lenders, but I emailed them and they say he's not on their list. Can anybody advise?
