Well, it looks like I have identified a more experienced sponsor to help with this.  So stay tuned....

Do any of you have a list of recommended (and recognized by large investors) property management companies that operate widely in the Dallas-Ft. Worth to San Antonio corridor?

For you syndicators out there, are any of you using a crowdfunding platform that works well for a new syndicator?  What do you think of the costs involved with using that platform vs. services provided?  I am wanting to raise money efficiently for our investors.  Do you think it is better with the traditional way of just going with friends and family and building out your investor group?  What is the fastest way, yet most cost effective overall?

I am working on this for our business so I would love to see your examples as well if possible.

Generally, owning investment real estate in S corporations or C corporations (or LLCs who have elected to be those entities should be avoided.
