I still see a lot of demand, as people are still buying with cash.
I get about 100 - 150 email alerts from the MLS and people are still buying stuff up. Not only properties that are $50sqft below $100k, but nice stuff up too.

Here's an example just listed recently (No Pics as of today).

I still also see deals where the property is listed new/contingent. I have also seen some listed where it says it's been on the market for 10 days, but no email alerts was sent. All seem to indicate inside deals.

Corey Dutton, not sure about the hill or drive way thing.
I live in Vegas, so maybe it's not that much of an issue as most homes on top of big hills are custom mansion type homes. Being below them I could understand not being able to sell as fast.

I never heard of steep driveways being an issue either, can someone confirm?
