Thank you for the suggestions. Could you recommend a commercial liquidation company or auction company?

There is a high-end corporate commercial property about to be demolished for residential development.   I have access to the 4 floors of commercial office property such as but not limited to cubicles, filing cabinets, a full commercial kitchen, white boards, etc etc ect...

In additional to the interior commercial property there is also exterior commercial property available; including but bait limited to 2 large generators, a 20,000 gallon diesel tank, 25' light poles ect...

I would like find a buyer who has a need for this commercial property before it is demolished.

What do you recommend?

I greatly appreciate your help.

Rental possibilities. 1000's of truckers within area. Airport is less than a mile away.

Hello,

My partner and I recently secured a 300,000 sq commercial space in Memphis, TN.  I placed this ad on the Marketplace on BP and have exhausted my personal contacts.  Does anyone have any suggestions where I could reach out to prospective investors or advertise this property?  Thank you in advance.  I look forward to hearing from the community.

Thank you for posting this, Stephanie. I'm currently not sure if can make the meet-up due to a pending meeting, however I may go last minute, is this an issue? This would be my first meet up and just want to double check. Thank you! Bruce

I joined BiggerPockets because I would like to learn about the real estate business, network with the community and add my entreueneoural experience when required.   I would like to start building my real estate portfolio with a rental property purchase one year from today (8/3/16).  I am open to any advice, literature, words of wisdom, experience and assistance.  I am open to networking and working together.

Currently I own a high-end hospitality staffing company located in Hartford, CT and Boston, MA.  My company was founded in 2005 and currently is considered the #1 Hospitality Staffing Company in Connecticut.  I understand what it takes to work hard, sow all day / night and wait for the fruits of the tree to develop before one can reap.

I am ready for the real estate business as I see this as a way to diversify my portfolio and create long lasting wealth for my family.

I look forward to being a part of this community, learning from all of you and contributing when I can.

Please feel free to contact me if you have advice, questions or just want to converse about business.  Thank you. Cheers!!
