I am using mojo dialer to get in more calls. My issue is that my number is coming up as "Spam Risk". I got the number from Dial Pad, I am wondering if i should just use my personal number or if I need to change the number up every so often? Any kind of help is appreciated!

thank you for replying. I agree i think courthouse leads are the best. I would like to potentially become a source for these leads within my state of new jersey. I am wondering what people give their customers when they buy these leads. If i buy them today do i get last months? or am I getting updated lists through out the month?

i hope everyone is doing great! I have a couple of questions about probate leads. I have been in the court house getting these with my partner and the work is fairly intensive. Does anyone know if there are other ways to get this info? Also what is better pre probate or probate leads? I see propstream has pre probate, how accurate are they and should i pursue them rather probate leads from the city offices?

Also there must be a market for these leads, do people sell probate leads that are gathered from the courthouses? I am able get the EX number from the courthouse but not on propstream.

 if anyone has any kind of criteria they like to look at for land I would love to hear about it!

I am looking at a couple plots of land and I am wondering how I can source developers. Should I just be googling local developers or maybe drive around and introduce myself to some if I see them?

 Awesome, Thanks David. I skip traced 3000+ contacts on propstream and over 500 came back with no numbers. Will look into Batch for next time.

I am setting up a whole sale campaign and I am wondering what is better for Skip Tracing. Propstream or Batch Skip Tracing?
