How do you go about getting your home/house listed with insurance Companies?  Where to start?

 what does that even mean? Getting it listed with insurance?????

 I apologize but this is all very new to me so I may not be stating my question properly.  I have a Townhouse near NASA spacecenter.  I am trying to get it Listed to where INSURANCE AGENTS can rent out my Property.  How do I get it listed with Insurance Companies so they can rent/lease my place?

I hope this is a better question?

 No, its  more confusing ,,INSURANCE AGENTS do not rent your property.  All you need to do is hire a PM co, and let them handle.

Good luck to you

I believe she is wanting to list with an insurance agent because they are often needing to relocate members due to lost. This happens more often than we think and can be very cool niche.

For those utilizing the MTR strategy, is anyone list their properties with insurance relocation specialist?

If so, how are you folks listing with them or getting in contact?

@Allison Lane what title companies do you guys use? I’ve called several and they all wouldn’t insure the transaction.

@Luis

@Luis Martinez Apologies for the late reply.... The water shut off list is work just like any other list. Its a indicator that the owners are under some type of distress. Help solve their problem.

Can anyone share a title company that is comfortable with doing an assignment of contract or double close in or near Pulaski or Garland counties?

I have been seeing that there are many other investors purchasing up to 77-79% of ARV. Is this because of California's market or are there just other factors coming into play besides location?
