One idea is to find a tired landlord who may be willing to sell on owner financing. Another idea is to look for a lease-option deal. Or simply find a partner who can obtain the loan and you split 50/50 with him/her in exchange for some sweat equity of your.

@Jeff Rabinowitz. Thank You. Great info. I'm meeting with my real estate attorney next week to lay out the plan. Was just hoping some experts could chime in first.

All,

The idea was to offer a free and clear home to a low income family at a substantially below market price. For selling it so cheaply, and for other reasons, I would rather get monthly payments rather than a lump sum from the sale.

Title says it all. If I'm interested in still receiving some cash flow, can I stipulate that I'll only sell on Seller Financing?  Even if it means I match the terms a buyer gets from a mortgage lender.

I'm by no means a "power poster", but I had about 160 posts under my belt. Now, it shows only 125.

What gives?

BP Family,

We're looking to form a long-term relationship with a commercial lender who can finance our multi-family purchases.

We are syndicating deals with a pool of 5-10 investors and are looking at several 20-50 unit buildings for a value-add play.

I'd appreciate any references on investor friendly commercial lenders.

I look forward to hearing from everyone.
