Thank you so much for comments! I wasn't planning on getting a property manager until I had at least 3 properties, but you think it's best to have one from the very beginning?

Hi.

I am new and learning all I can from a book, my realtor, and my lender. I've been told I need a good CPA and a handyman. What else do yall suggest? I am hoping to buy a house to move into by March and rent my current home out.

Any ideas, suggestions, or networking would be helpful.
