Getting my real estate license and doing research on different brokers. My question is, if you work for a specific brokerage such as Keller Williams for example, do you have to work set hours? Or are you still able to set your own hours and work as you please? Any information is much appreciated!

Currently living in SATX with my husband while he finishes out his tour here (active duty military). We will be moving home to KCMO within the next couple of years and I am trying to establish connections in the R.E. world before our complete transition. I will be getting my real estate license in July and am hoping to start work as an intern/ assistant while I travel back and fourth between TX and MO. Any work that I may be able to do in-person or remote to get started would be greatly appreciated, I'm definitely trying to hit the ground running on this. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration!

Looking to purchase a family property that currently has 10 owners. How does one go about purchasing a sort of property like this? I’m the event that a single family member doesn’t want to sign off on their part of the contract, is there anything that can be done? Thank you in advance!!

Interested in purchasing a family property in Kansas City, MO. The property was left to multiple family members (upwards around 10). Taxes are up to date, but the property is starting to become condemned ie: leaky roof, wood rot, foundation. This property is in an absolute ideal location and is a great investment opportunity so I am willing to undergo the flip, I just don’t know where to start. The legalities have me at a stand still because I have no idea of what options I may have. Thank you in advance!
