ABSOLUTELY! I joined AAPL many years ago and it has been invaluable to me. They offer a lot of education and assistance to their members. The annual conference is wonderful for networking and learning. Highly recommend!

THIS!

And the AAPL conference.
The AAPL conference is where the magic happens.
You'll meet all types of lenders and business people you can network with.
You'll be surprised how a few lenders are smoking the competition.

You, the borrower, should know that the three major private/hard money loan requirements are credit score, reserves, and real estate experience.

Just be aware of that.

We're happy to help investors like yourself.

Hi there, if you're open to holding onto the property, converting it into an Airbnb or short-term rental could significantly increase your cash flow, especially with the current demand for rental properties. You just need the right funding to make it happen.

Bay area!
I have had one investment property in Birmingham, Alabama, for two years and wholesale cash-flowing turnkey properties in Central Alabama. This year, I became a private/hard money lender in 45 out of 50 states.

I see you have wonderful goals.

Hi Nick,
How much money do you have to save up?
Do you have money to do house hacking?

Good job saving up a lot of money!
With $100k, you have a lot of flexibility in real estate investing.

Get informed about real estate investing by watching videos.
Find a mentor to speed up your real estate investing process.

Also, It depends on what real estate investment strategy you want to join.
There's a lot of them!

Buying a cash-flowing single-family turnkey property is one quick way to become a real estate investor.

I would choose the lowest interest rate since you plan to pay it off within 5-10 years, so Scenario 4.

I wouldn't recommend paying off your loan sooner.
Just leverage the loan and save money to buy your next investment property.
Use the loan to your advantage.
The value of the dollar in the loan will go down over time.
