I am also a bit overwhelmed by all the info here. I have been to other sites that give you a teaser to test and then close you down for $$$. I know this also has an upgrade - but the free knowledge is the kind of thing that will lead a guy to upgrade when appropriate instead of going to a different site.

I am Bob Bjurstrom from Salem Oregon. I have lived here for 30 years now -- BTW -- Happy Easter! I have been a Realtor for 5 plus years and have always sought out education, help, and mentor ship. I am looking to do REO sales, as well as a-b-c shorts in an ethical way without much risk(who wouldn't). So the real deal is I am here to absorb, find a mentor/partner for the abc stuff, and give back as that is an important part of success for me. I love helping people and in reality - they also understand a living must be made from it. I have owned rentals, sold shorts, do BPO's, and I like to travel. My wife works for the state and is absolutely - the better half.
