Yes I know I can legally broker loans but I was wondering if large lenders solicit people like myself. I also realize that I would need to do full disclosure to any real estate clients if its even legal to broker your own R E clients. Thats information I am looking for. I see other Brokers or their agents at times will have an open house (Rarely) with lenders on site. I just wondered if there was some kind of business relationship lenders were interested in with Real Estate agents.

Of course I would need to study the Legal and Ethical aspects of all of this as well as the rules and laws as applied by the DRE..

Hi, Thanks for having me on this forum. I am a Real Estate Broker in California who would like to start brokering his own loans for other lenders. Or work on some basis with a loan broker for compensation. I know nothing about this so far which is why I am asking if anyone can help give me information for example if large brokerages work out deals with Real Estate brokers to do loans and so on ? How could I be a loan broker ? Can I be a Broker for Real Estate and Loans ?

Any information anyone has would be appreciated.
