NAR capitulated and settled. Billions of dollars gone! Membership money? On top of that, NAR have not said or sent any instructions to his members on how to safely proceed with a real estate commission beginning July 2024. Do's and don'ts? New Forms? Regulations?

I am in orange county, specifically Santa Ana and could not find a bar or coffee shop where real estate, escrow and mortgage professionals meet to network. Does anybody knows? 

I am quite interested in the wholesaling business and there are so many "gurus" selling some type of "get rich quick" seminar out there that I had to ask here. I would certainly appreciate all the help.

Seller does not want to continue with the transaction because it's taking too long however seller syas that she should keep the deposit because of the economic loss caused by the botchered transaction. After a couple if calls we agreed that she keeps 1/3 of the deposit. That is not all, I know that her Agent will share with her. How can he do that? Is it legal? Does escrow cuts two different checks?

Do you guys know of any reliable pre-foreclosure service? I was told about redloc but there's gotta be a better one! Let me know guys. BIG thank you!

I met a Broker who added an option to the deal and the investor paid it, much less than what the LLC owning the option -his friend owned the llc- wanted but still the option was paid. That was 3 years ago and could not ask him how he did it!

Is it possible to assing a short sale and get away with it? How?

I'd like to get into the RE Wholesaling business but most of the software, courses or books out there are get-rich-quick scams. Can you guys point the reliable ones, with Forms, for California? THANKS!
