Duh!

The way I explained that doesn't make sense!

it must be :
50%
12.5%
5%
5%
10%
17.5%

or something like that.

I discovered that a friend of mine in the bay area is a Keller Williams agent, he said that is goes something like this:
At the end of every period, the broker subtracts all of the expenses from the net commissions. Then he splits the left over profits 50/50. 50% of the profits goes to the broker and 50% goes to the profit sharing down line.
The referring agent receives 50% of the profit share,
The second level referrer receives 12.5%
3rd is 5%
4th is 5%
5th is 10%
And 6th is 20%
I am not sure why they have it set up this way but I guess that it works.
