Hi fellow investors and professionals!

I am in the process of contacting pre-foreclosure owners in Chicago and needing someone to visit properties in the future to evaluate its current value based on repairs/condition of the house etc.

I will pay a flat fee if the sale is successful.

If you are interested please let me know your fee and we can discuss further.

Happy Investing everyone!

Post: Texas pre-foreclosure confirmation with county records

Hello wise investors!

I have a list of Texas properties that are suppose to be in the foreclosure process however it seems some have been saved and others not so. I have tried calling the Trustees to confirm if a property is saved or not and they were no help. I have come across courthousedirect.com however all the info from that goes over my head.

Does anyone have advice on confirming if a property is still in an active foreclosure process (Pre-foreclosure) keeping in mind that Texas is a non-disclosure state.

Thanks everyone!

Happy Investing!!

Post: Outsiders state LLC registration

Hello,

I am new to the real estate world and have an LLC based in Utah. My accountant is completing my tax return and because we are focusing our attention on Texas (even though I haven't made any money yet) has advised me that any company completing transactions in any other state (other than Utah) will have to register in that state.

I contacted the Texas Secretary of State and the fee is $750 but no one can really give me much advice on whether I actually need to register.

Any advice?
