@Colin Reid LOL how about it.. all the tenants are long term aside from my mom.

Unfortunately that’s where the money is..

Seems like most long term renters carry common behavior characteristics such as uneducated, possibly on drugs, rude, ignorant, and having the need to feed off drama..

Dealing with people like that is going to be my greatest challenge when I start investing. Smh.

@John Clark NO I did not expect her to read my mind. But she knew her husband didn’t get home til 3 hours after she told me I needed to move.. there were also 1 open spot in her “second claimed spot”...

Hahahaha trust me alll of this is just ridiculous and it’s all about her claim of territory since she rented so many years.. but she is very rude and despite all the drama that came out of this it’s relieving to know that she’s not just going to cus anyone out that she feels like it when she doesn’t get her way..

she’s been very rude to my family and they put up with it. Their landlord doesn’t do anything but follow the money..

@Joe Splitrock Well, my mom has told me before that her husband doesn’t get home til 10pm. I was there at 7pm and I knew I was leaving very shortly. The last time she argued with me about this she said the first two spots were only hers which is why I started parking in the third spot. Then this time when she told me to move or else she would tow my vehicle I got an attitude and said no. Then she started cursing at me and I was already having a bad day after my nephew disrespecting me a few minutes prior to that. So I cursed back at her.. haha and I don’t even swear in my normal life. I guess those type of people just get under my skin.. the last thing I wanted to seem was like a pushover.. because my mom would tell me how they are rude to her. So I wanted to stand my ground.. but I obviously have a lot to learn about being patient and holding my temper around people like that.

But yeah you are def right.. I can’t really argue in a logic way with people who want drama..

@Joe Splitrock Thank you for your input. To add more background, however, there are 12 parking spots for 4 apartments. That specific tenant “claims” the first three even though there are no signs or marking designated for each apartment. My mom lives directly next door. Since my mom is passive, she allows them to tell her where she can park. My mom parks in the fourth spot. When she first moved in they told her to elarn her spot and park near a dumpster. They are a bunch of low lives.

When I parked in the third spot from the door the other day during this conflict, there was nobody parked in the second and third spot. The tenant went out of her way to tell me her husband parks in the third spot and that I must move.

I am a successful 27 year old who never got in trouble a day in my life. I am far from a trouble maker by any means.
