I am new to real estate investing as of about June 26th. I got introduced via the "guru" route with Rich Dad Education. I was told by my rich dad mentor to get into wholesaling to build stacks of cash. I technically haven't started it yet due to some issues with peer to peer lending. A friend of mine told me about Bigger Pockets and now I am here and excited to connect with everyone.
