@Tara Piantanida-Kelly

Have you had any problems operating this way (putting the LLC under a DBA)? I will need to do the same thing as I expand to different areas due to state lines. If there are no problems than I won't bother changing my business type, unless I run into legal or tax reasons that force me to do so.

@Casey York I have been pondering whether or not to start one now so the name can be used for marketing but without the cash flow, I'm not sure if my money is better spent on just pure marketing.

Anyone with advise please chime in. I have read arguments for both sides so I'm really confused as to which approach is the best way to go.

Joshua Dorkin I really love listening to the podcast. As a newbie I thought starting at the first one would be the best so I have a long way to go to catch up.

Thank you @Marshall Downs @James Syed and @Christina R.

I have already listened to several podcast and read through many post on wholesaling. I think it's time to take action and start marketing. Although I haven't had any deals, I have read and attended may real estate investment events. Time to rock and roll!!!

Hello Everyone,

I'm Brittany Johnson from Ellicott City, MD. Currently I'm learning about the correct way to start wholesaling since there are many different suggestions on how to start (ei LLC or not). If you are a mentor in the Maryland area, I would love to do some grunt work for you to pick your brain. I look forward to connecting with others and succeeding in real estate investing in the long run.
