@Caleb Heimsoth I am honestly not sure! I told him what I make now and he laughed, saying I could blow that out of the water working for him. I am hesitant because my gut says it is mostly commission but I will find out for sure Tuesday when I talk with them in person. I was really hoping to find someone on here who had worked in this kind of set up before. Thanks for the insight!

@Jim S. Thanks Jim! My husband and I discussed it and I am going to go interview in person Tuesday to ask some of the questions you mentioned. Here is to hoping for the best!

I was recently approached by a wholesaling company about working for them as an Acquisition Manager. I have similar sales experience and the are trying to recruit me.. after doing some research it seems like I could do this on my own if I wanted but they are saying I can make up to 150-200K a year working for them finding houses and they provide leads. I would have to quit my ok salary + commission job. Good idea? Has anyone ever worked for a wholesaling company rather than starting out on your own?
