Brilliant. Welcome to the best beaches in the US. The market is tough in Sarasota but there is a lot of opportunity North & South in Port CHarlotte, North Port, Bradenton, Parrish, Ellenton, Lakeland, Lake Wales, etc. Happy to help however I can.

Thanks - do your investors typically see the property before they buy? Also, what is the cost of your service? Is it included in the purchase price of the house?
