Ok , sorry if this sounds "stupid"...but if you have a website , i'd just post a paypal link on the site and have them pay you through paypal......would this work for you? also if you have paypal and the tenants do too, they can just send you money via text.

It's unconventional, but do what you have to do.

Sounds good. Try wholesaling to make some quick money to help you get started. Start looking for owner financed deals. Read every book by Robert kiyosaki and Tyler G Hicks. Read read read posts on here. Good luck 😊

Well I quit my job to invest/ wholesale full time.....but I did so only because I get paid to go to school. In your situation I'd wholesale my little azzz off to get some "quick money" and find some cheap tenant occupied owner financed properties. Use that credit as some down payments....you just need to dive in and use all of your resources.
When I was an employee I was most productive during my lunch break and in the evenings after work... I was wholesaling at the time.
This will be my first property. It is a SFH.

No offense but all of that sounds like excuses. You need capital? Wholesale, find hard money, find private money. Instead of getting a loan for a house or car, get one for an investment. There are waaaaay too many resources available.......

Random: we have popcorn on the ceiling in my house.....with glitter. Our last tenants did not have a problem paying $1600/mo to live here because of it.
