We finished our fourth flip home which was our biggest flip yet. We had to have the house almost completely rebuilt, but we felt really good about the product we were selling. It had almost everything new. 

The new owner calls almost every week about having us come back and look at or fix things. The majority of the things have been design elements of the home, not something that's not working correctly or wanting paint to touch up where she's scuffed walls. 

Unfortunately, she just called and said her sewer line is going to need replaced. We had no knowledge of the main sewer line being bad, the plumbing in and under the house is all new and never gave us any issues. 

Is this something we should help get fixed? And is there a point where you quit answering all of the callbacks?
