Quote from @Luciano A.:

Welcome to Houston. I think Real Property Management Houston does stuff in 77020. Another way to find a property management company that knows those zip codes is to search rentals in those zip codes on Zillow or HAR and see who has many listings and see how they are presenting the property to the public with their pics and description of the properties. Seeing how they represent other landlords will help you narrow down to a couple that you can choose from.

Best of luck

Wow thank you!! I didn’t even think to do that. I appreciate it.

Quote from @Douglas Mallett:

you'll actually be asking other MF tenants for their PM, it's a great way to quickly find a good one... best of luck!

Oh I see!! Thank you!

Quote from @Douglas Mallett:

you can locate MF properties in those zips and ask the tenants for the manager's name, number and rep.

then call or show up and interview them yourself.

someone else's idea of well-rounded and competent may differ from yours quite a bit - this is why i always do my own vetting.

all the best!

Thank you for the reply! But one of them is a brand new construction.

Hi my name is Britney, I just moved to Houston in august and I’m new to the area. I need to connect with property managers that know the area well and can give me insights on a couple of properties I am looking to buy. The property I purchased would solely be used for an investment property. So I need to make sure that I am making the right decision. I am stuck between two properties.

 zip codes : 77020 & 77078

-The 77078 is kinda far out from everything but very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. And a brand new construction. The 77020 is close to everything in the heart of houston. Built in the 1930s but renovated in 2018.

-I need to work with and hire a property manager that can help me manage one of these properties Before and after closing. Someone professional, honest, and easy to work with. Please comment below .
