@Stan Sugarmanonly $1000 annual in reserves?!?! Lol what are you basing that on, it should be over double. Also looks like you're managing your own properties, which is great, but that isn't an investment, it's a job 

@James Syedyou were smart to sell these, and not sure if you sold to owner occupants or "investors" who read bp and think a house hat rents for sub $700/month is an investment

To everyone: While I have zero incentives, I think a lot of people have ulterior motives around this topic: whether they are agents, brokers, wholesalers, or trying to sell their losers. 

@Joshua Martinthose are only two examples. Hvac, fixtures, landscaping, water heater, appliances, kitchen, Windows, paint, etc
