I have worked with Upside and more importantly Nader. He is one of the best communicators I have met in the game. As an out of state investor that is super important to me. Nader is dialed on the areas to buy and to avoid. His team handles everything from A-Z. I get updates on the progress weekly if not daily about my rehab.
