Is there anyone currently writing "Lease Option" "Contract for Deed" contracts in Texas?

I'm just starting out and reading information on significant guidelines that can make these particularly risky if not written correctly and specific disclosures provided to the "buyer".

I'm interested to learn how these are actually being effectively utilized given the current statutory requirements.

Thanks in advance for any insight, information or advice.
