I have looked into two Turnkey Companies because my work schedule is hectic and I don't have time to get my first few houses off the ground. I am looking into Memphis Invest and Morris Invest. I need to know if anyone has any feedback on these two companies. Also, I live in the Galveston County area and wanted to know if anyone recommends any turnkey companies in my area or anywhere around the country. Thanks.

I am looking at getting my first rental property next year. I have a full time job and gross $130,000 a year. How do i separate my cash flow from my personal income. I own my own home and want to use the HELOC strategy. Do i get a separate bank account? Do i set up an LLC? Do I need and accountant? Also will my tax benefits help me with paying so much tax on my personal income?
