@Alan Pederson Thank you for sharing your story. I am sure I can go out and do it all on my own. I have done a lot of market research, read books and watched countless videos and my favorite is listening to podcasts. I would really like a partner that knows the market in Reno.

@Ryan Murdock Great info! I have been to a feel meetups already and have one next week in Reno. I think i will be a little more vocal on why I am at the meetups. At the last meetup it didnt seam that people where there looking for partners, not sure though.  I am hoping to find someone on BP that is looking to partner up in the Reno area.

I am here to learn and if that means I'm doing the work no one else wants to do to get my foot in the door that's what I'll do. I pick up things quickly. I just want to find someone who might need an extra hand. I would just like to meet someone who knows the ropes so I can learn by doing. Not looking for a handout.
