@Lien Vuong Thanks for taking the time to read my introduction! When you suggest "joining a team" are you reffering to joining a real estate salesperson team?

Hey everybody, my name is Brian Rosa I'm 25 years old and I am a relatively new Realtor (almost 1 year) working in the Greater Boston area. I got my license right before the pandemic started so my ability to train and network has been stunted. I am interested in learning more about flipping, wholesaleing and appraisals.

A little about me:

Some would say I chose the path of most resistance in my journey to become self sufficient. I was kicked out of my high school at a young age primarily due to undiagnosed ADHD making it hard to focus so I would act out. In short I was a punk. I had no direction and fell into a bad crowd. From there I went to a reform school up in Beverly. The school had limited resources, we really were only taught basic Algebra, basic geometry, biology, US History and English (I never was required to write an essay). No homework was given, which at the time obvously any young teen would enjoy but the impacts on education would be massive. My educational experience forced me to become a self learner. In order to attend college I had to teach myself things many people with decent high school educations already knew.

Today I am a licensed Realtor and I am finishing up my first semester at community college with a 4.0! I am looking to connect with people, network and build relationships. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make a career in some aspect of R.E. but I am a bit introverted and I worry that R.E. sales might not be for me. I greatly enjoy the learning process that comes with Real estate, however, I am having a hard time translating the learning process into actual deals.

@Marco Morais Hey man I'm also a new agent in MA (Burlington, MA). Maybe we can connect and help each other grow/learn. I have a buddy that owns a few rental units down in Brockton
