I think you have a great in for yourself in real estate sales. You can work with anyone you know that is or has been in the military and show them how to get into the real estate business.

I think you should look into the 0% down loans if your credit is over 700. There is one out there. I would be happy to forward you the link if you need it.

Hello Jimmy,

Thank you and for your service as well. Looking back, it went by pretty quickly. I think recruiting helped in the aspect of being self-driven, self- motivated and being able to manage my time. I think anyone can talk to someone as long as they are themselves and not looking to "sell" something. Best of luck to you.

Hello everyone,

I am a new investor in the Wichita area. I recently retired from the Air Force and am now pursuing my goals in real estate. I spent 21 years in the military with 13 of those years in recruiting in multiple roles. I currently have my real estate license but am looking to invest as well.
