@Dulari Patel How's REI been for you in Springfield? I'm starting out in wholesaling and I was wondering if there were enough cash buyers in the area to market to sellers there.

Wholesaling is very very hard. I closed my first deal August 2018. Sure, a seminar or mentor can help you along the way, but it doesn't mean that you will have to skip the hardships and mistakes that any entrepreneur has to make. After all that hustle, I'm taking a break and going on military leave. To be continued in 2020!

Thanks for your messages. I’ve taken the course in January and I can say that it equipped me with the foundation and tools to build a successful wholesaling business.

Right now, I am focused mainly in West and North Philadelphia. I’m 4 months into wholesaling.

Taking a course doesn’t mean that you’ll be able to do it successfully. There are many things that factor in such as the emotional aspect of buyers, sellers and yourself. The breakdowns and breakthroughs you’ll have, and local rules and laws that may apply.

This is not an easy business by any means. If you have the guts and persistence to enter the business, it is truly a great business! I have already closed a few deals.

There will be both naysayers and supporters along the way, but you as the entrepreneur create your own story and you do not let others dictate your path.

I’m going to Tampa, FL to take Lea Kearney’s 5030 experience wholesaling course in January 2018.

Has any one taken his course before or is anyone interested in joining this course?

I love your story!

I recently came back to NY after a decade abroad in Japan. I own some property there, so I thought why not own some property in the US as well?

So I’m starting all over again in my native NYC. All I have is a bed, 2 suitcases and a fridge. No car yet.

Excited to do my first deal here in the US!
