Good Afternoon,

I am looking at setting up my own property management company for my rentals and was looking for some info on how people have set up charges for themselves.  I understand the back % for the rent collection etc but wanted some example on how people handle the repairs & mileage etc.  Thanks in advance

I am looking a purchasing storage units and want to know if I would file as Schedule C on my taxes (my preference) or if I have to do them under Schedule E?
