Does anyone in Columbia,sc know reliable general contractor?

How much would you put in the escrow account if you were me?

I’m in SC do you know how I would go about paying my own taxes and insurance?

Hi there my mortgage has went up twice my escrow account had a shortage last year and now this year. What can I do so that my escrow account does not have a shortage?

Thanks for sharing how do I go about seeing what my market has?

Quote from @Rick Albert:

It all comes down to the comps. What does rentals in your area have? Stainless Steel appliances? White appliances? Granite counter tops or marble or quartz?

No one here is going to be able to give you a straight answer.

In terms of finding good materials at good prices, there are generally areas off the beaten path where contractors go, but it might require a wholesale license. Talk to your workers and see where they go.

So most of the homes in that area range from updated appliances and flooring to some having outdated kitchen appliances and flooring I wanted to still find good quality countertops but at a cheaper price it’s probably a stretch especially with the countertops.

Hi I am currently saving to fixing up my rental property the first place I wanted to start is the kitchen. Any tips on finding good quality material but for a reasonable price like countertops for example, would remnant stores be a better place? also what kind of kitchen appliances would you recommend putting in a rental?

Hi my name is Brianna I bought my first house 1 year ago, I brought this property to fix it up and rent it out to become a landlord I want to reach my goal of renting this property out but I am having trouble finding a reliable person but yet budget friendly person to fix my floor, can you please help
