Hi Brianna,

Reach out to Jake Bogard at Goosehead Insurance. Gooseheads writes through multiple companies so they can search for a company to work with you.

Thank you, Staci! We will!
Quote from @Glen Wiley:

We moved our properties to USAA and had no issues in spite of a claim shortly before the move for quite a bit of damage from a burst water heater. If you or your parents are a veteran then you should reach out to them.

Believe it or not, it’s USAA that’s dumping us.

Yes, it’s a rental.

Thanks for the warning. This is really frustrating.

We have 3 single family houses in Indianapolis, and our current insurance (we’ve used them for 17 years!) is dropping one property due to too many claims in a short period. Let’s just say it’s had property management issues that have snowballed into other issues.

Anybody know of an insurer that will take on a single family home that’s had 3 claims since 2021? We have until the end of the month.

Any other advice?

Thanks!
