Hello my name is Brian, I am interested in learning how to invest in real estate I am from Portland, OR and would like to meet and work with investor from this area.

I would like to work and learn from investors doing the BRRRR strategy mainly because that is the one I would like to Start out with, I would like to help anyone that is currently working or is planning a new deal, I am not looking for pay i want to become familiar with this world.

So I’m hoping you can you can help me, I’m creating a list of realtor that have experience with investors and first time buyers

Also Im trying to get in contact with bankers with the same kind of experience with investors

Thank you! for replying to my forum, I'm really new to RE but super excited to learn more and eventually become an investor, I'm very limited on cash as in I have nothing to invest with so I'm really looking to learn about buy and hold for income I'm really interested in how to BRRRR properly in multi family homes

I’m interested in investing in Multi family homes in Portland, And would like to connect with investors, agents, bankers, anyone who can help me grasp the whole process of becoming a successful RE investor.

I want to make 60,000 a year by age 30 thru buy and hold RE and I’m not sure if that even possible
