Post: Where a 19-year old can start investing

Hello everyone I am 19 and I have managed to save up 10k and I want to invest it to make some more money. I am new to all of this and I have been wanting to invest in a multi-family unit. I went to my bank to see what my range was and we talked about doing an FHA loan but his main concern was that I have a sales job and I haven't been there for 2 years so there is no track record of stability and I probably won't get the loan unless I have someone co-sign. I would rather not get my parents involved, although I could.

Any advice to where I could start in any real estate?
