My mentor is my business partner. We're building a real estate wholesaling company together. He's been doing this for a while. So I'm going to be the technology consultant, im creating an automated system/software to do some tasks like finding cash buyers and etc. I see a lot of wholeseller use a virtual assistant, i just want to create something similar but free for us. He's going to be doing most of the deals but also teaches me along the way so i can do the deals too in the future. You can find someone by going to REIA or entrepreneur group and forum on facebook or here. just talk to people.

Hey guys, I'm Brian and I'm a new member of BG site. I live in Plano, TX. So I'm really new at real estate. I'm starting to teach myself wholesaling. I've been reading articles and took free online courses so I get the idea, lucky enough I have a mentor. I really can't wait to start taking action and start doing deals. Anyways, if you guys can give me advices and maybe directions on how to find cash buyers and motivated sellers, I would appreciate it. I've been reading a lot, but maybe your advice would add something that I missed. Thank you!
