No one will cover position 2, so I'll use Gap money to fill in the Gap.  The first mortgage will be 30 year's.  The Gap much less.  Because the first mortgage is High interest, when it comes time to refinance at the year mark, it will be much less.  The money pulled out will be applied to the Gap mortgage and the First.  When both mortgages are paid off, it is pure profit and upkeep.

Yes, and I didn't know where to post.

I plan to target Multifamily Apartment building's.  I plan to use Asset Based Mortgages to purchase the properties.  I am after many properties across the USA,  I am in need of someone to help with the Second's.  This will be awesome if you can help with Second's.  The plan is to Refinance after a year, applying what is pulled out, back to the mostgage to pay it off as quick as posble.

If these have the 2 position's to make up the puchase price, how can I use BiggerPocket's in finding the 2 lender's to satisfy each position to purchase the cash flowing property?
