@ I have a ballpark idea where I stand on financing and will work on being prequalified but from past experience BOA has given me great rates in the past but are so slow.  I think I could find three good properties before they ever got around to sending a letter. Bankers never seem to have the same since of urgency as I do.

@   I would prefer multi family units but not finding much that's under 1.4 mil so far and thats way out of my comfort zone as a beginner. As far as location goes, I am trying to find a couple of good growth areas that haven't maxed out on value already as I am looking to buy and hold for the equity.  As far as cashflow goes, I want to be in this for the long haul for the equity but would not mind finding enough units to create a usable income.
