Thanks! @Guy- I will call them this week. @Michael -thanks for your feedback it was helpful, I am focusing on local banks that have less than 5 branches. @Neil- when I find one I will let you know who it is, if that's helpful for you.

Has anyone ever used a bank/credit union with no seasoning requirements to get a loan for a rental? Meaning if I paid cash for a house this month can I get a Loan on it next month and pull my cash back out. Thanks!
