I'm currently searching for an agent to assist with properties I am actively interested in purchasing. I'm based out of the Harwood Heights and am actively looking to purchase an investment property in the general area. I would love to connect with a go-getter investor friendly agent in my area!

Hey everyone, Im looking into adding texting into my marketing channel, Launch Control. However I have heard Florida has very strict laws against thing like RVMS. I wouldn't be text blasting but individually clicking the send button. Anyone in FL currently doing this?

Relatively new to investing in real estate, with years of construction/remodeling experience. Looking to connect and learn more about fix&flips and hard money.

I am currently in the process of looking for a SFH to do my first fix and flip in the Chicagoland area. When analyzing areas I found that some have lots of homes that are sitting on the market and some that do not have any homes that are distressed. What are some characteristics of the area that I should be looking for before deciding to purchase my first deal? Any information helps!
