Hello everyone!

I recently completed my first Flip & Hold property here in Charlotte, the numbers worked out really well and have me excited for my next one ASAP! Working with the large wholesalers here has brought some challenges as a new investor so I'm really looking to partner with someone wholesaling in the area instead. I'd like to build a business relationship where we share ideas/insights to get better, grow, and of course profit!

If you or anyone you know is in the wholesaling space and potentially interested in this, please reach out and let's talk!

Thank you so much everyone I really appreciate your insights and recommendations, I've reached out to everyone brought up here and am already confident I'll find a perfect fit!

My first investment property flip will be completed in a month so I'm searching for a Mid-Term Rental specific property manager. My monthly cashflow numbers simply don't work (with these interest rates.......) for a LTR and I don't believe my location will result in strong vacancy rates going the STR route. I do think it's perfect for a MTR: Does anyone offer that type of property management or know of a company that specializes in MTR, covering Charlotte, NC?
