Hello, I have an opportunity to purchase a condo using subject to. I am familiar with what it means, but I am not sure of the steps I need to take, and who all needs to be involved. Looking for additional information or potentially a how to or step by step list.

I am getting ready to close on my first rental property. It is tenant occupied, and I wanted to do some kind of welcome/transition letter. Does anyone have an example or ideas of something like this?
