@Ethan Neumann I agree with what others have already mentioned.  I feel it is always worth it to do your research and speak with multiple companies to compare the programs and decide which is best aligned with your goals.  I am a Jake and Gino student and I have been very happy with that decision.  They genuinely care about the success of the students and the culture of the community they have created.  I would be happy to discuss my experience privately if that would be helpful for you.

@Matthew Irish-Jones thank you for the response.  The reason why we are looking at Amherst right now is that my partner has two already (in 14226) that he is doing really well with so we are looking to continue with the formula that is working for him.  I'm open to other areas too, but since he is managing these properties, we are looking to stay in that area on this one for my first.  Thanks again Matthew and I will definitely reach out with any info I may need.

I'm a relatively new member living in Los Angeles and investing in my hometown of Amherst, NY (suburb of Buffalo).  

I'm looking to connect with other investors in the Buffalo area as well as wholesalers.  My partner and I are focused on single family homes in Amherst, NY, convenient to the UB campus.  I'm excited for this journey and looking forward to meeting other investors along the way.  If you know of any wholesalers in the area, I would love to talk to them.
